I would like to have a landing at the top of the steps so that the entry will be more accessible. Also, I need to purchase wall plates and can’t find the exact ones at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I am not very knowledgeable about cement steps, I had to research a lot for this post. My dad had a gorgeous set of cement steps going up to the front deck and we moved them using logs. They were about 6″-8″ wide and we placed the logs under the front and back corners and moved it just a couple of inches at a time. There were 5 of us (I was a teen so I wasn’t much help).
